These terms govern your use of the z baji platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account at z baji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the z baji platform, including the website at z-baji.app, the z baji mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the z baji platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Z baji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time — see Section 13 for details on how changes are communicated.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the z baji platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of z baji or any of its affiliated companies.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the z baji platform.

Z baji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned at z baji's discretion after verification. Winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on the z baji platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Z baji may request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change after registration — particularly your contact information or payment details — you must update your account promptly. Z baji is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information.

  • Registration is free — z baji does not charge any fee to create an account.
  • You must complete any required identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
  • Z baji may place a temporary hold on an account pending verification without prior notice.
  • Account sharing is not permitted. Your z baji account is for your personal use only.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Z baji processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three mobile financial services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. No other payment methods are currently accepted. The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as your z baji account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your z baji account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Z baji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the z baji payments team, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The average processing time for withdrawals is under 10 minutes, though this may vary during periods of high demand.

  • Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met first.
  • Z baji reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the z baji payments team.
  • Z baji does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Payment Security: Never share your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket PIN with anyone — including z baji support staff. Z baji will never ask for your mobile banking PIN under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Z baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including the 200% welcome bonus available to new players on their first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the point of claiming. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

  • Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is shown clearly before you claim it.

  • Abuse Prevention: Z baji monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated play between accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings voided.
  • Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The 200% welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once per player, household, device, or IP address.

Z baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or by email to registered players.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the z baji platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently verified for fairness. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by z baji or any player.

By playing any game on the z baji platform, you accept the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the z baji server records, the server records will be considered the authoritative source.

  • Bets placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed.
  • Z baji reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault.
  • In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a game round, z baji will attempt to restore the game to its state at the point of disconnection. If this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
  • Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play. These limits are displayed within the game or bonus terms.
  • Z baji does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, licensing changes, or provider decisions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Creating more than one account on the z baji platform.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
  • Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit made to z baji.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z baji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Z baji will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact z baji support immediately via live chat. Z baji will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access.

Z baji is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

Z baji is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. 10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z baji's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Z baji is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
  • Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond z baji's reasonable control.
  • Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
  • Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits z baji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Termination

Z baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if z baji reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may close their own z baji account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

  • Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will not be eligible for a refund of deposited funds where those funds were used in connection with the breach.
  • Z baji may retain account data after closure for regulatory and fraud prevention purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Players who have self-excluded may not request account reopening before the self-exclusion period has ended.
